The next chapter at Texas State University is underway, and CapStar Electric is part of the build. Awarded the electrical contract for Esperanza Hall in Round Rock, CapStar will help power a new multi-story academic facility from the ground up.
The project includes three above-ground floors and a full basement, with space dedicated to classrooms, lecture halls, and administrative offices—all designed to serve the university’s growing student body and expanding programs.
CapStar’s scope covers full electrical distribution, lighting systems, and the infrastructure needed to support a modern higher education environment. It’s a technically demanding build, where coordination and precision are non-negotiable.
With this award, CapStar continues its work in education and institutional projects, delivering the systems that keep learning environments functional, flexible, and future-ready.
