Powering Purpose CapStar Joins Community First Expansion

CapStar Electric has been selected to install the full electrical and communications infrastructure for Phase Four of Community First Village in Austin. Spread across 76 acres, this phase will support hundreds of new homes along with a community center, tenant facilities, and shared spaces designed to provide long-term stability for people coming out of chronic homelessness.

CapStar’s work will span the entire development—from main distribution to each individual unit—delivering the critical systems that make homes livable, safe, and connected.

Infrastructure on this scale brings its own challenges. Wide footprint, layered construction schedules, and a need for absolute consistency from start to finish. CapStar brings the coordination, experience, and follow-through required to make it all work.
