CapStar Electric has been awarded the design-build electrical contract for a large-scale industrial park now underway in Austin. The project features two industrial buildings totaling more than 800,000 square feet of distribution space, designed to meet the growing demands of logistics, e-commerce, and manufacturing tenants.
CapStar will lead the project’s electrical scope from concept through construction.
That includes full system design, power distribution, service gear, and interior and
exterior lighting—engineered to perform under the load requirements of high-capacity
operations.
