CapStar Electric has been awarded the electrical and fire alarm scopes for a new ground-up office building for the Lower Colorado River Authority. The four-story, 56,903-square-foot facility will expand LCRA’s working environment with a new building and supporting site infrastructure. CapStar’s work will include the electrical systems and fire alarm infrastructure throughout the facility, along with electrical work supporting the
surrounding site.
LCRA plays an important role in the power, water, and communities that keep Texas moving. This project gives CapStar the opportunity to bring its experience to the infrastructure behind that work, delivering systems designed for reliable day-to-day operation from the ground up.
