From the basement through three above-ground floors, Esperanza Hall adds a new academic facility to Texas State University’s growing Round Rock campus. The multi-story building brings together classrooms, lecture halls, administrative offices, and the supporting spaces needed to accommodate expanding programs and a growing student population.
CapStar delivered the electrical infrastructure throughout the facility, including power distribution, lighting, and the systems required to support a modern higher education environment. Working across multiple floors and a range of academic and administrative spaces required careful coordination from the earliest stages of construction through final installation.
The completed work gives Esperanza Hall a reliable, flexible electrical foundation built to support how the university operates today and how the campus continues to grow.
