Building Two in Kyle marked a continuation of CapStar’s work on the development, following the successful completion of the electrical scope for Building One. The second 206,000-square-foot industrial facility extended that relationship and brought CapStar back to deliver the next phase of the project.
CapStar managed the full electrical scope, including service gear, lighting, and power distribution systems designed around the demands of high-volume industrial operations. Returning for the second building also brought continuity to the work, with an established understanding of the development, its requirements, and the coordination needed to keep construction moving.
For CapStar, the second building represents something equally important: the opportunity to build on work already delivered and carry that standard into what comes next.
