More than 800,000 square feet across two industrial buildings puts significant demands on the electrical infrastructure behind them. For this Austin industrial park, CapStar took on that challenge through a design-build approach, carrying the electrical scope from initial system design through construction.
CapStar’s work included power distribution, service gear, and interior and exterior lighting engineered around the load requirements of large-scale logistics, e-commerce, and manufacturing operations. Leading both design and installation allowed the team to coordinate decisions early, work closely with other trades, and keep electrical systems aligned with a fast-moving construction schedule.
The result is a flexible electrical foundation capable of supporting high-capacity operations across one of CapStar’s largest industrial projects.
